复采区超高水材料开放式充填开采留巷一体化技术

The Integrative Technology of Super High Water Material Open Backfill Mining and Gob-side Entry Retained in Secondary Mining Block.

摘要:

摘 要:针对井陉煤矿1612复采工作面的开采要求及该工作面运输巷必须在开采后长期保留下来的情况,提出了炮采工作面超高水材料开放式充填开采留巷一体化技术。采用挡浆板和阻燃隔水膜结构提高了采空区充填率,设计并采用了“强-中强-弱”支护结构,使巷道围岩应力向采空区深部转移,减小了运输巷围岩应力。实践表明:超高水材料开放式充填开采留巷一体化技术工艺简单、充填成本低,且留巷效果理想,具有很好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:

Abstract:According to the mining requirement in 1612 secondary coalface and preserve the headentry for a long time after mining in Jingxing mining,the integrative technology of super high water material open backfill mining and gob-side entry retained in secondary mining block was applied.Blocking pulp board and flame retardant waterproof membrane structuce was used to improved the goaf filling rate,the “strong-medium-weak” supporting structure was designed and adopted to transfer gateway surrounding rock stress to goaf deep,reducing gateway surrounding rock stress.Practise showed that the integrative technology of super high water material open backfill mining and gob-side entry retained has the advantages of a simple structure,low cost of filling and the effect is ideal,has a good promotion and application value.
